Role Summary
Cloud Haven is seeking a Salesforce Admin Intern to support our consulting team on real client projects while learning the ins and outs of the Salesforce platform. This is a great opportunity for someone who is early in their Salesforce journey and wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
As an intern, you’ll assist with system configuration, documentation, and internal process support. You’ll be paired with a mentor and gain exposure to Salesforce tools, client communication, and project workflows.
We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn—not necessarily someone with years of experience. If you’re excited to apply what you’ve learned and build real-world skills, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with configuring Salesforce (fields, page layouts, Flows, etc.) under guidance
- Help with user management tasks, including roles and permission sets
- Support data clean-up and imports using tools like Data Loader or Import Wizard
- Take notes in team meetings and help track follow-ups or action items
- Help create internal documentation or client-facing training materials
- Participate in QA testing to validate new system configurations
- Shadow consultants to learn about client engagement and project delivery
Qualifications
- Currently working toward the Salesforce Administrator certification
- Actively pursuing or recently completed coursework in Salesforce, Business, IT, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and good organization habits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM concepts is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
- Self-starter who’s not afraid to ask questions and contribute
