Deep Dive Discovery & Design
We will spend time getting to know your business, processes, challenges, and goals before we start any work through a series of working sessions with your subject matter experts. Once we have completed these sessions we will document your requirements and one of our skilled architects will design a solution that will help you achieve your goals.

Change Management Plan
Change can often be met with resistance. We are here to help formulate a plan that involves the right individuals at the right time from your team to ensure a successful project & adoption of the technology.

Configuration & Migration
Our approach to building your custom design is an iterative one where your project lead will meet with your team on a regular basis to update you and show our progress. Once configuration is complete, your team will move into the testing phase. If we have a historical data migration included with your project, we would import that data during this phase as well.

User Acceptance Testing
We will partner with your team by offering advisory services as you all complete end user testing. It is important that you have key team members testing everyday scenarios and the requirements outlined in the discovery and design phase so that thorough testing of the team’s everyday processes is completed and feedback is provided to our team. This stage is critical to a successful deployment, go live, & user adoption.

Training & Go Live
Depending on the number of users you will have, we might recommend a group of pilot users or pilot groups for your go live phase. Whether you have 5 or 200 users, we will be here to train and to support throughout this crucial phase of the project. We will provide recordings of all training sessions upon completion.

Post-Implementation Support
The weeks after going live is a transition period for your team and we can be there to support you through this time. We offer on demand administrative and development support post go live.
