- There e-commerce platform wasn’t integrated with Salesforce which caused double-entry of data and fractured reports
- Need one centralized place for Salesforce users working as efficiently as possible

- Moved over to lightning platform that allowed custom components to allow more platform capabilities
- Bi-directional API Integration with Shopify created highly customized lightning component
- Built lightning email app to construct email with products images/info while inside of email
Results
- Product is setup in Salesforce and pushed into Shopify
- Sales team does not have to leave Salesforce to send targeted and customized email messages
