Role Summary
Cloud Haven Salesforce Consultants are trusted advisors, problem solvers, and client champions. In this role, you’ll serve as the bridge between our clients and internal delivery teams, shaping smart, scalable solutions that align with business goals. You’ll collaborate with architects, developers, and admins to bring projects to life—while guiding clients through the entire engagement lifecycle.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on strategic thinking, clear communication, and bringing structure to complex systems. You’ll help clients understand what’s possible, translate their needs into actionable steps, and ensure the finished product is both technically sound and user-friendly.
We’re currently building a pipeline of talented professionals for future roles. We’re open to applicants at various experience levels and will determine the best fit (Consultant or Senior Consultant) during the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and gather business requirements through interviews, whiteboarding, and documentation reviews
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, working closely with Architects and the Delivery Team
- Design process flows, document use cases, and align configuration recommendations with project goals
- Provide oversight on delivery execution and participate in QA checkpoints to ensure alignment with scope
- Create training documentation and facilitate end-user and admin training sessions
- Guide clients through change orders, project timelines, and evolving scope with clarity and professionalism
- Work across multiple projects and industries, managing client expectations and communication
- Maintain Salesforce certifications and stay informed on new features and capabilities
Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required)
- 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting, admin, or solution design role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, including Lightning, Flows, validation rules, and data modeling
- Understanding of Apex and testing best practices (coding not required, but a technical foundation is helpful)
- Proven experience with discovery, process mapping, and user training
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client relationship skills
- Comfortable leading client-facing conversations and managing deliverables in a remote-first environment
Compensation
- Salary Range: Salary range dependent on experience and qualifications
- Bonus: Bonus available based on company performance
- Profit Sharing: Annual, based on performance and eligibility after 90 days
