- The client provides remote caretakers for patients and needed to schedule them based on requirements/locations
- The company needed a process for time off requests, overtime approval, and ability for caretakers to see their schedule
- As part of the job requirements there are needed certifications and skills that have to be tracked and assigned
Solution
- Built out a platform to allow the client to post jobs/shifts as well as location rules
- Custom Mobile App for users to make requests and check their schedules and sign up for shifts.
- Built out certification and skills objects to manage eligibility of caretakers for potential jobs
Results
- App on App Store for caretakers to download
- Caretakers can use Mobile App to understand what qualifications they are missing to be able to work on their future growth/developments
