  • Need one centralized place for Salesforce users working as efficiently as possible


  • Moved over to lightning platform that allowed custom components to allow more platform capabilities
  • Bi-directional API Integration with Shopify created highly customized lightning component  
  • Built lightning email app to construct email with products images/info while inside of email


  • Product is setup in Salesforce and pushed into Shopify
  • Sales team does not have to leave Salesforce to send targeted and customized email messages
