Leveraging her system knowledge and past implementation experience she has helped design Salesforce solutions and projects for successful outcomes. Having first hand experience with Salesforce products and solutions and seeing the benefit she enjoys helping other companies see the benefits and ultimately successful outcomes. Alex also has experience in leading a B2B sales team and understands the importance of listening and partnering with a customer. Her promise is to create optimized solutions to improve and grow the client’s business through partnership and respecting their budget.
Zach has a breadth of experience and background in marketing, operations and sales with an expertise in strategic sales, development and training. Being a Salesforce platform end-user in his previous roles and maintaining his Salesforce certificates, he leverages his working knowledge and experience to help clients develop an implementation strategy on the front end of the process. He partners with Salesforce Account Executives working with their clients and helping them get the most out of their investment. He has a passion around meeting new clients, learning their business and helping to determine how we can optimize and help them. Laura has 15 years of experience and is a seasoned and proactive leader with strong communication, process and problem solving skills. She has 13+ years with extensive experience in navigating clients and teams through custom Salesforce solutions, development, and implementations that deliver business value. Leads our new business ventures mobile application platform. He has over 18 years of experience in customer support and product management delivering results. He has both business and technical IT degrees and has spent a large amount of his professional career in fast paced industries. His broad background in ecommerce, support, technology, software, marketing systems, business & system analysis, project management and leadership help him to navigate new product and mobile application go to market and customer experience strategies. Joey is a Salesforce Ranger and has spent 4 years continuing his growth centered around Salesforce products. His organization skills and project management are exceptional. He is dedicated to providing the highest quality service and a product that is tailored to your business.
Jake has over 14 years of experience with the Salesforce platform and is able to draw from his experiences in many different industries to help clients with their implementations and technology projects. Jake is passionate about solving complex business problems, while also keeping the end user and long term goals of his clients in mind. He has a passion for technology and innovation but believes that pragmatism is the best guide of design and believes if the solution doesn’t work for the user, then it’s not the best solution. As a Pod Leader, Jake provides coaching and guidance to the team that includes solutions for clients and developing and growing the team. He is a champion of the “Cloudie” culture.
David White is a Pod Leader and Salesforce Business Architect with eight years of experience configuring, customizing, and consulting on Salesforce and related CRM platforms. David has served as a sales representative, sales administrator, Salesforce developer, Solution Engineer, and Solution Architect for multiple Salesforce implementation partners since 2014. In addition to his work, David has volunteered for nonprofit organizations through Catchafire, helping assess their database needs and implement Salesforce on their behalf. David has extensive experience with nonprofit, commercial sales, and healthcare Salesforce customers, and he is the co-lead of the Columbia, Maryland Salesforce Administrator Group.
Eric has over 20 years of experience in business development, operations, and e-commerce and holds many Salesforce certifications. Having been a business owner himself, Eric understands the importance of delivering solutions that tailor and meet the customer’s needs. He is committed to solving his client’s challenges with optimized results.
Janelle has over 11 years of professional Salesforce experience leading cross-functional and global teams to provide solutions to meet business needs. She uses her expertise to both functionally and technically solve challenging client situations. In addition to connecting the business needs to the capabilities of the technology, she is able to guide users through the change management process.
Amy has been working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the past 10 years, and has been working with email marketing and digital marketing for the last 15 years. She has experience in healthcare, real estate, manufacturing and hospitality. She loves learning new things and solving problems. She graduated with a bachelors in business administration and marketing in 2007 and received her MBA in 2009. She now holds 3 SFMC certifications and looks forward to gaining other Salesforce certifications.
Angela has been working in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2006. She has many certifications and has extensive experience in all the cloud platforms. She specializes in project management, training and custom implementations. She is a strong mentor for clients new to Salesforce and is passionate about transforming all of her clients into Salesforce rockstars. Angela has experience consulting large companies through process and org optimizations to get the most benefit out of their Salesforce and technology investments.
Brian has 10 years of professional Salesforce experience across multiple business areas
including Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Non-Profit, Service/Hospitality industry, Recruiting, and Manufacturing. He strives to find the simplest solution to even the most complex problems and it is his goal to use technology to assist the client in their business in any way.
Helen has over 18 years of technical and analysis experience in the IT industry with over 9 years of experience using Salesforce. She has been a key member of several IT development teams by gathering requirements, building core architecture, validating data integration, managing release packages, and training end users. Her personal motto is “technology should make people’s lives easier.” She believes that the designs for your Salesforce organization should be created to improve efficiency in business processes.
Kelly has been working in the Salesforce ecosystem for 8 years. In addition to the numerous certifications she has earned, Kelly possesses experience in multiple industries including, but not limited to, the Healthcare industry, the Financial Service industry, the Manufacturing industry, the Telecommunication industry and the Service industry. Kelly’s main focus is on learning and understanding her clients’ organization, including their organization model/processes and pain points. Once Kelly gains this understanding she is then able to effectively advise her clients on the technical solutions necessary to improve their operations. Because of her skill set and dedication to client satisfaction, Kelly’s clients regularly view her as more of a partner to their organization.
Jefrey Joy has been in the Salesforce ecosystem for over 5 years. Jefrey brings extensive
experience in the Health Cloud space along with his educational background in Medical Informatics. He also specializes in Service cloud and has enabled clients in the medical insurance realm to develop solutions for care management, postoperative care, and medical devices. Jefrey has worked with several consulting firms and has immense experience with salesforce configurations. Jefrey enjoys helping clients fine tune their business, service and devops process.
