Tim is a proven master in the technology industry with over 20 years of experience across many industries leveraging his technical and business system architecture knowledge.  He has a unique ability to technically architect innovative solutions to evolve processes and systems that provide optimal outcomes.  He has successfully guided clients through integrations providing tailored solutions that result in a return on technology investments. His passion to drive innovation through technology and understanding the power of the Salesforce platform led him to establish Cloud Haven to help clients improve their outcomes by saving time and money and enabling scalability and growth.  His vision of helping clients thrives within the team at Cloud Haven.

Lisa Dougherty


Lisa is a proven executive leader with over 20 years of demonstrated experience mostly in the advanced technology and information security industry.  She has an ability to create a positive and engaging culture connecting teams to deliver on both customer and company business execution requirements and strategies. She has a passion around operational excellence to effectively and efficiently deliver solutions to customers leveraging agile methodologies.  Leveraging her technical and business background she is setting a vision of growth for Cloud Haven through innovation and connecting the team to strategic objectives.

Waylon Kelley

Partner and Architect

Waylon has over 13 years of IT experience ranging from start-up environments to large corporate teams where he has successfully architected, designed, and delivered solutions to customers.  He has over a decade of experience with Salesforce and holds certifications in all the major cloud products.  He has a wide range of experience with system implementations and enjoys learning about different businesses, their challenges, and using technology to help them innovate and succeed. His promise is to become a trusted advisor to help guide clients through the Salesforce implementation process, teach them how to be successful with the platform, and manage and respect their budget.

Chris Austin

Operations Manager

Chris has over 10 years of experience in customer support, execution management, operations, and business processes.  He has a passion for operational excellence and he is the central hub to our Cloud Haven operations.

Hunter Austin

Business Development Account Executive

Hunter has experience in working with and consulting for the Salesforce platform.  He relies on this working knowledge and experience to help clients develop an implementation strategy on the front end of the process. He has been partnering with Salesforce Account Executives for 6 years working with their clients and helping them get the most out of their investment.  He has a passion around meeting new clients, learning their business, and helping to determine how we can optimize and help them.  He promises if he can understand your business we can help you use Salesforce to improve it.

Alexandra Padilla

Business Development Account Executive

Alex has over a decade of experience in utilizing and implementing the Salesforce platform and Cloud products and has helped companies grow sales, profits, and improve KPIs.  Leveraging her system knowledge and past implementation experience she has helped design Salesforce solutions and projects for successful outcomes. Having first-hand experience with Salesforce products and solutions and seeing the benefit she enjoys helping other companies see the benefits and ultimately successful outcomes.  Alex also has experience in leading a B2B sales team and understands the importance of listening and partnering with a customer.  Her promise is to create optimized solutions to improve and grow the client’s business through partnership and respecting their budget.

Brad has over 15 years of experience in customer support and management roles across many industries.  He has over 6 years of Salesforce experience and has seen first hand how business value can be delivered with the Salesforce platform. His commitment is to help customers deliver on the solution that meets their needs.

Will Crowley


Will has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry that includes leading large projects and complex system integrations.  He holds many Salesforce certifications with 14 years of Salesforce experience helping companies maximize their return on investment. Will’s technical background and experience enable him to partner with the clients to architect and deliver solutions that meet their unique needs and drive business value.

Eric has over 20 years of experience in business development, operations, and e-commerce and holds many Salesforce certifications.  Having been a business owner himself Eric understands the importance of delivering solutions that tailor and meet customer needs.  He is committed to solving his client challenges with optimized results.

Laura Jones


Laura has 12 years of custom Salesforce development experience and helping clients build and implement custom applications that deliver business value.  She has extensive experience with Cloud products and integrations. She is also a very experienced report writer and data analyst, across many platforms, which helps in designing solutions that ensure customers will get the insights they need to manage their business. Laura is committed to delivering on commitments and will work diligently to help clients achieve their goals on time and on budget.

Jake Faris


Jake has worked with the Salesforce platform for over a decade and is able to draw from his experiences in many different industries to help clients with their implementations and technology projects. Jake is passionate about solving complex business problems while also keeping the end-user and long term goals of his clients in mind. His promise is to always focus on providing a solution that works. He has a passion for technology and innovation but believes that pragmatism is the best guide of design and believes if the solution doesn’t work for the user, then it’s not the best solution.
